The hydrogen atom was considered in space with spin noncommutativity of coordinates. Corrections to the energy levels with a nonzero orbital quantum number were calculated using perturbation theory. The modified perturbation theory was developed to find corrections to s-levels of hydrogen atom. The upper bound for parameter of noncommutativity was found by comparing obtained results with experimental data. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
