This article discusses two case reports of patients with relentless placoid chorioretinitis (RPC) who experienced lack of efficacy and cutaneous side effects from various treatments. In the first case, a 17-year-old girl was initially treated with prednisone and mycophenolate mofetil, but showed no improvement. She then experienced cutaneous side effects from adalimumab and was switched to tocilizumab. In the second case, a 22-year-old man was treated with methylprednisolone, prednisone, and interferon-alpha-2a, but his condition worsened. He later tried infliximab, but his lesions continued to progress. Ultimately, he was switched to adalimumab, which prevented the development of new lesions. [Extracted from the article]
