A 48-year-old woman with diffuse large B-cell lymphoma exhibited lack of efficacy during treatment with various antineoplastic drugs. She initially presented with symptoms of Still's disease and was started on methotrexate and tocilizumab, which improved her condition. However, after 12 months, she was diagnosed with lymphoma and began receiving R-CHOP chemotherapy. Despite receiving two cycles of this treatment, her disease progressed. She then switched to the R-ICE protocol, but experienced disease progression and various complications, ultimately leading to her death. [Extracted from the article]
