A 64-year-old woman experienced drug intoxication after intentionally overdosing on levodopa/carbidopa/entacapone, a medication used to treat Parkinson's disease. She presented with changes in consciousness, hypotension, jaundice, red urine staining, visual hallucinations, and tachycardia.
