This article deals with the approach taken by Soyuz-Victan USA on the marketing of its ultrapremium Russian vodka brand, SV Supreme. It will employ an accelerated distribution cycle and rely heavily on convincing bar and wait staff to promote it. The new vodka, which retails for up to $30 for a 750 milliliter bottle, will hit seven states by December 2006, 25 more by May 2007 and go national by the end of 2007.
