ABSTRACT. Most previous research studies regarding values have taken one value at a time when investigating the influence of values on ethical business decisionmaking. In the current study, we examined the relationship between personal value profiles (a combination of value decisions) and ethical decisionmaking. Our results showed that value profiles do play a role in the likelihood of a person's making an unethical business decision. Our study findings, implications, and suggestions for future research are also presented. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
