The article examines how women's suffrage is addressed in government approved textbooks used in Ontario between 1922-2014. It suggests that such educational resources failed to fully cover the efforts of women to achieve equality, noting that early texts incorrectly credited efforts of World War I for suffrage while others disregarded women's organizations.
