The article reports on the inception and development of an industrial elementary school in Cincinnati. The industrial program in the school required that the pupils of the fifth, sixth, and seventh grades take two periods per week of an hour and a half each and the subnormal pupils in the second, third and fourth grades are getting three periods per week. Each grade level had its own set of accomplishments including the subnormal of the fourth, third and second grades. The boys are also afforded opportunity to work on pieces of their own designing.
