The article discusses a graded course in schoolroom gymnastics. The weather plays an important role in the introduction of this course. This is done usually when the weather is cold enough to make ventilation difficult. Children who have been sitting for sometime may feel chilly if the windows are closed. It is recommended that teachers will position the windows so that the wind will not blow on the children. The class should be arranged to implement observation of the children by the teacher, and vice versa. In some school buildings, gymnastics are carried out on the corridors. This allows better movement and correction of faults.
