The Study of Personnel’ Attitude Toward Quality Curriculum Assurance

This research with the aims to study the attitude levels in cognitive, perception, conception, behavior and compare the personal factors and attitudes toward quality assurance system of curriculum levels of OHEC. The population and samples of this study is MSU personnel. 257 respondents and questionnaires were used to collect the data. The validation of an instrument by try out a questionnaire from 30 teachers the Cronbanch’ Alpha coefficient was 0.907. The statistical to calculate the percentages, the averages, the standard deviations (S.D.s), the t-test scores and the F-test scores for One-way ANOVA scores at the statistical significance 0.05. The result found the most of the population was femle, ages 40-50 years old, The teacher responsible for the course, graduated in doctoral degree level, work experiences at MSU between 11-15 years and roles of involvement toward the quality assurance system executive committee. The overall level of attitude toward the curriculum-level internal quality assurance system of the OHEC was at a moderate level ( =2.77). The results of the comparison showed that the respondents had personnel with differences in genders and responsibilities toward the quality assurance system do not have a different attitude toward the quality assurance system significantly at 0.05 levels and ages, levels of education, work experiences and roles of involvement toward the quality assurance system do have a different attitude toward the quality assurance system significantly at 0.05 levels. It is found that there factors leading the operation of the curriculum-level internal quality assurance of MSU to success is communication and cognitive building.
