The purpose of this research were to: 1) study current state of classroom research 2) assess needs assessment and priority need to develop classroom research 3) compare in need of developing classroom research in classrooms of student teacher,and 4) study guideline to developing classroom research. A sample was selected from student teacher who were 3th and 4th year students of 286 people in the faculty of education, Loei Rajabhat University, by stratified sampling random. Data were corrected by questionnaire, interview, and focus group discussion. The results found that 1) current state of classroom research were revealed agreeably at the low level, and expected classroom research were revealed agreeably at the high level. 2) Student teacher need to have needs assessment for developing classroom research in the third of priority were statistic for research, writing research report, and analysis of research data. 3) Student teacher in different years which have the need for developing classroom research was significantly different at the level .05. 4) Guidelines for developing classroom research of student teacher for example organizing workshops to develop skills in classroom research, providing mentors or advisers for doing classroom research, attending training centers for practicing classroom research.
