Revisión de la literatura y de planes de estudio para la definición de contenidos tecnológicos en las curriculas de Bibliotecología y Ciencia de la Información

An analysis was made on the academic production in Librarianship and Information Science of the Iberoamerican region - scientific articles and papers presented at events - with the objective of identifying in the literature works with defined technological contents, to then describe and quantify the subjects treated . In a second stage, a preliminary exploration of the curricula of some schools of Librarianship and Information Science of our region was realized, with the idea of ​​observing the treatment of those subjects in the curriculum. The preliminary results are intended to show the relationship between the technological interests of the professional community in the region and its treatment by the Library Schools. On the other hand, the information collected could be a tool for conducting longitudinal studies on the fluctuation in time of different themes, their rise and consolidation or their disappearance.
