As the impact of information as a new technology of understanding, mediating, and processing the codes of living systems on all aspects of modern life including education is a revolutionary one, educating has to be revisited fundamentally. Nature is one of the important categories which must be newly elaborated in education as beeing a counterpart to infomation. The nature of the child, nature as environment, the nature of things and living beeings are both: endangered by artificial informative simulations and at the same time being our traditional wealth of physical, psychical, and mental experiences: the resources of human knowledge to change, develope, and design new healthy informative environments. Therefore we need new pedagogies of nature, an elaboration of nature arguments and a new pedagogical understanding of nature. The task of education could be to make effective the nature of all and everything within ourselves as our own nature (MEYER-ABICH) and that of education.
