Einzeltreffer — DigiBib

The Library Index BIX measures the performance of public and academic libraries. In 2012 a new methodological concept has been developed. What were the reasons and what are the experiences with the new concept? How is it adopted in the library world? Austrian university libraries make up the largest group of foreign participants. Committed to develop quality management systems, library performance measurement plays an important role at the universities.
