Analyse de la manière dont la conception locale de la santé agit sur la perception de la survie infantile : deux recherches menées dans un village hausa, à douze ans d'intervalle, montre une baisse de la mortalité infantile grâce à un apport de médicaments, mais la population, elle, perçoit une augmentation de la mortalité infantile.
